Vanessa completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at St. Francis Xavier University, graduating with honours (2002), before earning her Master of Health Science in Community Nutrition from the University of Toronto (2004). She has extensive experience working as a Registered Dietitian in various roles, including private practice, the food industry, public health and leadership roles. Vanessa specializes in preventing and managing a variety of diseases and conditions that span the lifespan, offering personalized, evidence-based guidance. She aims to help clients achieve their food and nutrition goals in a realistic way that they can easily sustain and feel good about while working on developing or maintaining a healthy relationship with food.
